For Nonprofits & Community Orgs
You're doing the work. We help you sustain it.
You started this because you care about your community. We help you build the systems, strategy, and funding infrastructure that keeps your mission alive for the long haul.
We've been where you are. We know what it feels like to care deeply about the work and still wonder if the lights will stay on next quarter. That's exactly why we do what we do.
How we Help
Services for nonprofit leaders
Strategic Planning
A strategic plan should be a living document that actually guides your decisions, not a 40-page binder that collects dust on a shelf.
We facilitate collaborative planning processes that get your board, staff, and stakeholders aligned around a clear, actionable roadmap. You walk away knowing what you're doing, why you're doing it, and how you'll measure whether it's working.
Grant Readiness
Grant readiness is not the same thing as grant writing. Before you can successfully pursue funding, your organization needs solid financials, a compelling narrative, logic models that hold up to scrutiny, and compliance systems that satisfy funders.
We get you ready for all of it. And when you are ready, you'll have actual grant submissions in hand, not just a plan to write them someday.
Leadership Coaching
Running a nonprofit means wearing a dozen hats and making high-stakes decisions with limited resources. It can be isolating. We provide one-on-one and team coaching for nonprofit leaders navigating growth, transitions, burnout, and the constant pressure of doing more with less.
This is practical, accountability-focused coaching. Not vague motivation. Real tools, real progress, real check-ins.
Capacity Building
Capacity is the infrastructure that lets your team focus on mission instead of putting out fires. We help you build it: processes, staffing strategy, financial systems, operational documentation, and the internal structure that makes your organization run without depending on any one person.
The goal is to make your organization resilient enough to grow when opportunities come and stable enough to weather the slow seasons.
Board Development
A great board doesn't happen by accident. It takes intentional recruiting, clear expectations, governance training, and a culture of engagement.
As a BoardSource-certified governance consultant, Libby helps you build a board that fundraises, governs, advocates, and champions your mission. Whether you need a complete board overhaul or just a tune-up, we meet you where you are.
